We charge for 1 hour, and we spend 2 hours evaluating your entire computer, diagnosing your computer problems, identifying weaknesses and vulnerabilities and we thoroughly screen your computers for any infections. We alert you of any issues or problems that we might find. In many cases we can rid your computer of infections and address the issues according to your needs and budget.

We will physically clean your computer hardware to make sure that all dust and debris are removed from your computer case. This ensures that your computer equipment will run cooler increasing it’s potential life span. In addition we use special cleaners to clean the exterior of your machine. Our policy has always been that any computer that comes into our shop will always leave cleaner than when it arrived.
Every Day Tutoring Service Special:

InShop Instruction
When you come into our shop for any personal one-on-one computer tutoring or instruction service. Tutoring and instruction is only available for InShop tutoring, not for instruction at your site. InShop instruction is billed at $59 per hour.
